Grease cake pan and line its bottom with baking paper.
Chop 1/2 cup of walnuts.
Chop 1/4 cup of glacé cherries
Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
60 g of butter
Sift 250 g flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Cut 2 skinned pears into slices, remove the cores
125 ml of milk
All ingedients are ready. Pre-heat the oven to 170° C.
Use a mixer to mix sugar and butter until flaky. Add the egg and mix again. Now, alternately, add flour and milk. Bit by bit (to avoid lumps) while beating the batter. In the end, stir in walnuts and cherries. Fill the batter into the pan and smooth out the surface.
Put pear slices on top and coat with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 1 hour. Remove from oven and let it cool in the form for 5 minutes. Then turn out the cake onto a cooling rack. Wait until cool.
