Manchmal empfiehlt es sich, eine Zusammenstellung voranpreschender Musik zu haben. Z. B., wenn man in fünfundvierzig Minuten seine Topleistung auf einem Crosstrainer einstellen möchte–nur zum Beispiel … weit hergeholt, natürlich. Nun ist es aber so, dass auf meinem Lieblingsradio inzwischen sehr häufig ein Titel einer Band gespielt wird, die noch recht neu ist. Es handelt sich um die Cajun Dance Party, eine Kombo sehr sehr junger Londoner. Wer sie nicht kennt, sollte sich nicht vom Namen abschrecken lassen, sondern einfach einmal in folgendes Video hören:

Ich kenn von denen zumindest einen sehr, sehr guten Remix für Digitalism.
Vielleicht werde ich ja alt jetzt wo ich so langsam beginne mich für Jazz zu interessieren, aber mir ist die Mugge zu teenyhaft…und der Akzent: ich krieg da immer Gänsehaut…im negativen Sinne…

Aber hast du dich nicht mal verächtlich über meine Nu-Jazz-Sachen geäußert? Wenn du übrigens meinen Lieblingssender–der sowas spielt–mal hörst, wirst du feststellen, dass sowohl die Moderatoren als auch die Hörer (zumindest die in den Call-Ins) seltenst sehr sehr jung sind. Eher so zwischen 25 und 50.

und ich liebe new rave, da ist endlich die portion rock drin die ich in elektronischer musik seit den chemical brothers vermisst habe. Die Ilse macht da in letzter Zeit immer mal was.
